These photos came from Jimmy Buchanan and are some of the same people and the same location as the photos labled "OA."  These were on pages with Troop 21 items.  It is assumed that these were Troop 21 people who attended the "OA" event in 1947.  They were taken at Camp Osborn most likley in the old parking lot. 

The vest and drum are assumed to have belonged to Jimmy.
